สงครามอังกฤษ-เนเธอร์แลนด์ครั้งที่หนึ่ง (อังกฤษ: First Anglo-Dutch War หรือ First Dutch War หรือในเนเธอร์แลนด์ First English Sea-War; ค.ศ. 1652 - ค.ศ. 1654) เป็นสงครามระหว่างเครือจักรภพแห่งอังกฤษกับสาธารณรัฐเนเธอร์แลนด์ที่ต่อสู้กันทางทะเลโดยตลอดสงคราม สาเหตุของสงครามมาจากความขัดแย้งกันทางการค้าซึ่งเริ่มด้วยการที่อังกฤษขยายกองกำลังทางราชนาวีและเผยแพร่อำนาจมากยิ่งขึ้นบริเวณรอบเกาะอังกฤษ เป็นการทำให้สาธารณรัฐเนเธอร์แลนด์ต้องยอมรับความมีเอกสิทธิ์ของอังกฤษในการค้าขายกับอังกฤษและอาณานิคมของอังกฤษ
