การพลัดถิ่นของชาวไอริช (ไอริช: Diaspóra na nGael, อังกฤษ: Irish diaspora) หมายถึงผู้อพยพชาวไอริชและบุตรหลานที่พำนักอาศัยอยู่ในสหรัฐอเมริกา, แคนาดา, ออสเตรเลีย, อาร์เจนตินา, นิวซีแลนด์, เม็กซิโก, แอฟริกาใต้, บราซิล รัฐในแคริบเบียน และแผ่นดินใหญ่ยุโรป ผู้พลัดถิ่นเมื่อตีความหมายอย่างกว้างๆ แล้วก็มีด้วยกันกว่า 80 ล้านคน ซึ่งมากกว่าสิบสามเท่าของประชากรบนเกาะไอร์แลนด์เอง ที่มีประชากรราว 6.2 ล้านคนใน ค.ศ. 2009 (รวมสาธารณรัฐไอร์แลนด์ และไอร์แลนด์เหนือ)
