แอเลชแทร์ (เปอร์เซีย: الشتر) เป็นนครในอำเภอกลาง เทศมณฑลเซลเซเลฮ์ จังหวัดโลเรสถาน ประเทศอิหร่าน ทำหน้าที่เป็นเมืองหลักของเทศมณฑลและอำเภอ[3] ประชากรในนครเป็นชาวเคิร์ด[4]
จากสำมะโนแห่งชาติ ค.ศ. 2006 นครนี้มีประชากร 28,306 คนใน 6,033 ครัวเรือน[5] จากนั้นในสำมะโน ค.ศ. 2011 มีประชากรเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 30,257 คนใน 7,606 ครัวเรือน[6] และสำมะโนล่าสุดใน ค.ศ. 2016 มีประชากร 33,558 คนใน 9,294 ครัวเรือน[2]
