Raksawarin (รักษะวาริน) hot springs have been a popular tourist spot ever since King Rama V visited Ranong in 1890. This hot spring has been analyzed from The Department of Science Service to contain important minerals. The hot spring in Ranong is the only source in Thailand that no sulfur admix that no fragment of Sulfur. It is pure and can drink from the source with no need to filter (POTABLE HOT Spring). It’s rarely found, with only a few sources in the world. [1]

The natural spring pools, with a water temperature in the pools which hovers around 50-65 degrees Celsius, consists of 3 pools ,namely a father pool, a mother pool and a child pool. The father pool is the largest pool, with water that always overflows from the edge of the pool. There are bathing facilities which offer services for visitors as well as hot spring spa that is so refreshing. Further more, there is the free foot onsen on the hot spring site which is next to Raksawarin Public Park.

Following the Highway 4005 (Chon Ra-u Road) along Haad Som Pan canal. King Rama V visited Ranong in 1890, and named the road to the hot springs 'Chon Ra-u', meaning 'hot water'.

We are able to get in the public bus at the FRESH MARKET of maung Ranong because it will take us to the Raksawarin hot springs. Moreover, we also able to drive our personal car and you don't afraid to get lost because on the way you travel , there will be a sign to inform you.

At this park the bathing room are provided and the bathing spa service by the natural hot spring from Siam Hot Spa, which there are bathing rooms, steam rooms and sauna and massage fitness available. For further information : contact Siam Hot Spa that service hour is 08.00 – 22.00 daily
