Thank you for your message, even it take so long time to has my answer.
You are right that I could inform others about Thailand Queer Network on wikicities was closed. Anyhow, It still running through mail group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/thqn and it has official web site at http://www.thqn.net that dedicated by the owner of ThailandOUT.com
All above relates links are in Thai. So, I think it would not made any attraction for English native speaker.
By the way, If you want to learn Thai, you are warmth welcome as Thai traditional. We, Thai gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender at www.ThQN.net is on campaign to has our sexuality appearance on Thailand's new constitution.
