กึนเทอร์ วิลเฮ็ล์ม กรัส (เยอรมัน: Günter Wilhelm Grass; 16 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1927 – 13 เมษายน ค.ศ. 2015) เป็นนักเขียนและนักเขียนบทละครคนสำคัญชาวเยอรมัน ผู้ได้รับรางวัลโนเบลสาขาวรรณกรรมใน ค.ศ. 1999 กรัสเกิดที่เสรีนครดันท์ซิช (ปัจจุบันคือกดัญสก์ ประเทศโปแลนด์) ใน ค.ศ. 1945 กรัสเดินทางมายังเยอรมนีตะวันตกในฐานะผู้ลี้ภัย แต่ในนวนิยายที่เขียนกรัสมักจะกลับไปเขียนถึงดันท์ซิชในวัยเด็ก
